Learning Resources Tugboat Review

My children love their bath time, it’s not only a time to get clean, but also a time to have fun and even  a time to learn sometimes too!

The toys we have for the bath are limited to stuff we have had a while and really need to be replaced! So, when Learning Resources asked us to road test their Green Toys Tugboat, we jumped at the chance.

The Green Toys range is great in terms of ‘being good for the world’ as it is an 100% recycled alternative to traditional plastic toys.  In fact the Green Toys are very eco-friendly, here are some of the reasons:

*All products are derived from 100% recycled plastic and other environmentally friendly materials

*Earth-friendly, fully recyclable packaging that is easy for children and adults to open

*Contain no traceable amounts of Phthalates, BPA or PVC

*No external coatings or paint

The Tug Boat is fantastic, it is well made and both the Monkey and Mouse love it!   They can have an adventure using it as a boat which floats on the water, they can use it for pouring water into the cups they regularly play with in the bath or they can use it to wash their hair – well we can use it to wash their hair!

It is a really well-made toy and it is lovely and colourful! Just look at it, it belongs in a bathroom!

I have to say that it is a great addition to our bathroom – it looks good, it is a lot of fun to play with and it is good for development (e.g. hand/eye co-ordination), so really it has the whole package!

I believe this boat will last and last too, the kids are certainly getting their pals worth out of it and at £11.94 (inc VAT) it is well worth the money! The only problem we have is that the kids want more to make a fleet!

Disclaimer: I was sent the tugboat for the purpose of this review, all opinions are 100% honest
