Penwizard Peppa and Me Review

When Monkey was 21 months old we got him a personalised story for Christmas, it is a lovely book with his name and a couple of other identifying features in it, he loves and since Mouse arrived with us, we have been saying that we should get her something similar.

That is where Penwizard have come in; they do a range of personalised books suitable for many different occasions. We were really interested in the Peppa Pig books as Mouse is a massive fan and as her Birthday is just around the corner we agreed it had to be a ‘Peppa goes to your child’s party’ one.Peppa Pig book1

Ordering could not have been easier; you click ‘create’ on your chosen book and then go through the personalising pages. The first page asked for your child’s name, age, what event it is and a personalised message. As you type a preview of the front cover is shown to you! Next bit is for you to select the gender, hair style and hair colour, the third bit is skin and eye colour – you can even add glasses!

It is a really simple process and the site is very easy to use. Once you have checked your details are correct you add to basket, pay and wait.

Our book was delivered very quickly, within a couple of days, and to say we were impressed was an understatement! The Book is a bit smaller than A4 and is really well made. The cover is glossy and it looks really nice.Peppa Pig book2

Mouse’s name was mentioned lots of times in the story and there is even a free colouring sheet (personalised as well) with it too!  It really is brilliant and is definitely something I would recommend to many for any birthday, Christmas or Treat!

I am afraid I can’t show you Mouse’s reaction, the book is so good we have decided to keep it as a surprise for her actual birthday. I can tell you what her reaction will be though, she will smile, she will say that it awesome and once we have read it, she will tell everyone that she has a Peppa Pig book with her in it and will follow it up with ‘Really!! I do Really’ and a really beautiful cheeky face! I can’t wait to see it!

Disclaimer: We received a free book for the purpose of a honest review.

That looks a lovely book, we have one here for B but been too hectic a weekend to show him yet. Really want to capture his reaction because I think he’ll be thrilled. As you say these are beautiful books, great quality and little ones will be so excited and thrilled to see their names in the book – I’m very impressed with what I’ve seen too.

These are really fab, there’s nothing more exciting than personalisation when they are this age, is there?

Oh this looks brilliant! My daughter has a bit of a Peppa Pig obsession at the moment! I love personalised books, I still have one I had as a child too.
