The Zodiac Legacy – Parragon Book Review

Stan Lee is a name known by many, loads of people know him from his Marvel fame and from his superheroes, but I am mentioning him in this blog as one of the creators (along with Stuart Moore and Andie Tong) of ‘The Zodiac Legacy’ – our latest addition from Parragon to our Book Buddy shelf!

The Zodiac LegacyStan Lee presents a brand new, magical, super-powered adventure! When twelve magical superpowers are unleashed on the world, a Chinese-America teenager named Steven will be thrown into the middle of an epic global chase. He’ll have to master strange powers, outrun super-powered mercenaries, and unlock the mysterious powers of the Zodiac.

The book is written really well as you would expect from the creators involved; it also includes some amazing illustrations, nothing too colourful – perfectly done to keep in with the tone of the book!

It is a great book for older children; it has a slight comic feel (without looking like one) but is a real novel, you can tell that Disney is a factor too and I love that! The reader can relate to the main character as he is a child (teenager) himself. It includes action, mystery and adventure and it is a fun book for those who want to get their teeth into something magical!

Check our Parragon, they have loads of books for all ages on offer and they are fab!74486_172276999452408_8013209_n
